We sell both common single (Galanthus nivalis) and double (Galanthus nivalis 'Flore Pleno') snowdrops in small and large quantities, from plants grown in raised beds on the nursery.
Recently we have started to propagate and sell named variety snowdrops. Our list is rapidly increasing, but the production process can take 4 years, so it will take a while for a wide range to become available. The season for selling snowdrops has now ended, but we will be selling again in the winter.
Snowdrops like to grow in well-drained soil that is rich in organic matter, like leafmould. The bulbs do not like drying out completely during the summer and making sure the soil has plenty of organic matter in it helps prevent this.
